Embrace coastal living at its finest in this first-floor apartment. Nestled on the waterfront path to Hope Cove, you'll be a short walk from the village's eateries, pubs, and beaches. But it's the sensational views here that really caught our eye. We adore the sea-facing balcony, where you can perch with a glass of wine and watch the tide roll in. Inside, the living area is bathed in sunlight and offers plenty of space for a small family – including two pups – to stretch out. The building also has handy storage for all your outdoor gear, be it kayaks or wetsuits.

*The sofa bed can be set up upon request – please speak to your host if you'd like to use it during your stay.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free travel cot, a high chair, and children's bathroom steps. Please request these when booking – you'll also need to bring your own cot linen.
*One designated parking space is provided. There are on-site Type 2 EV charging points here that charge at 2.0kW, but you'll need to supply your own cable.
*The apartment has a designated area for storing wetsuits and other outdoor gear. The building has communal outdoor showers for washing off sand.
*Mobile phone signal can be patchy in South Devon.
