*Two designated parking spaces are provided. There are on-site Type 2 EV charging points here that charge at 2.0kW, but you'll need to supply your own cable.
*The apartment has a designated area for storing wetsuits and other outdoor gear. There are also communal outdoor showers.
*Mobile phone signal can be patchy in South Devon.
