Of course, with the traditional charm comes a few eccentricities, mainly the twisting staircase and low beamed ceilings. Scenic walking trails through the Quantock Hills are practically on your doorstep – perfect for strolls with the pups in tow. Further afield, Taunton and Glastonbury are within easy driving distance, offering fun for the whole family.
