As the furthest of a handful of terraced houses along a private drive, the views are completely uninterrupted and the nearest beach is literally around the corner. An idyllic retreat, yet within a short, scenic walk to the centre of Aberystwyth and everything that it has to offer. This bustling university town offers a great range of restaurants, cafes and shops. It also features a cliff railway, castle, a narrow gauge railway, beaches and a promenade, not to mention the largest Arts Centre in Wales and the National Library of Wales.

• Outside: fully enclosed south facing garden with uninterrupted coastal and river views. Gravel garden immediately outside the front door with outdoor table and chairs. Large garden beyond, mostly laid to grass with natural wildlife area.
• Parking: parking for 1 large or 2 medium sized cars. Additional free parking on beach, 1 minute away.
