Located in East Croydon, this home offers a comfortable, fuss-free base, perfectly suited to families or business commuters alike. The decor is a little generic for our liking and the back garden could do with a little love and attention. But a pair of sofa beds in the living area offer flexible sleeping arrangements and the generously sized kitchen will suit chefs of the group. When you’re ready to head out and explore, Croydon’s town centre is easily reachable on foot, and East Croydon station is a ten-minute walk away, where trains go directly to central London in fifteen to twenty minutes, including London Victoria and London Bridge.


Home truths:
*It's laid out over two floors with internal stairs between them. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor.
*At capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the living area. If you're looking for ample space to relax and socialise, we recommend a maximum capacity of four guests here.
*A cot is available on request.
*You won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*This home is short on wardrobe space. We recommend packing light.
*The decor here is a little generic. We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the garden looks a little neglected.
*East Croydon station is a ten-minute walk away for easy commutes into Central London.
