Raise Your Palms: Lisbon

When you stay at this home in the heart of downtown Lisbon, you’ll have the city’s iconic tram cars almost on your doorstep. Explore chic Chiado with its boutiques or ride the Santa Justa Elevator and take in the amazing views, then have a mooch around Praça do Comércio Square, a large, harbour-facing plaza with a range of cafes and museums.

After a fun-packed day, head back to this lovely home with its vistas of the neighbourhood. We love the palm wallpaper here in the living room – take a seat and enjoy a glass of Portuguese wine. Or, do some yoga poses on the mats provided by your hosts. Then, later cook up some feijoada (bean stew) in the modern kitchen, or if you prefer to eat out, get ready in the marble-clad bathroom – we adore this dash of luxury.
