Lemon Street, which the home sits on, offers several restaurants, cafes, the quirky Lemon Street market, an art gallery, and even a cinema. While sights such as the impressive cathedral – which you will already have spotted from your rooftop terrace – are just a short three-minute walk away.

What’s more, if you’re craving a day on the coast, then you’re in luck because a fifteen-minute drive will take you to a stunning trio of beaches – Perranporth, Porthtowan, and Trevaunance Cove on the shores of St Agnes. The latter of which is where you will find surf schools, cafes, pubs selling local ales, and countless boutiques.

On warmer evenings, why not head home and take full advantage of the rooftop terrace. Enjoy your dinner and a refreshing glass of wine alfresco to admire the last of the day’s views over the city and cathedral as another one bites the dust.
