It has something to do with the traditional dry-stone architecture and the swathes of greenery that surround the address, as well as the outdoor amenities that let you bask in this tranquillity – who could resist a dip in the swimming pool or a long dinner among olive trees on the dry-stone terrace? And while it's certainly peaceful here, there are plenty of historic towns and lively beaches not too far away in the car, as well.
