Trademark, rolling vistas can be seen from the private swimming pool or the shaded corners where seating is available. There's a games room that'll keep the kids busy, and if you're up for a drive, you're wedged right between Rome and Florence. Cetona isn't as busy but will scratch the itch for a bit of hustle.

*Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as twins instead of doubles, with prior notice. Guests with reduced mobility can find a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here. The two single bedrooms are best suited to children.
*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's free parking available here.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Though there's no air-conditioning, there are ceiling fans for warmer nights.
*There's a dedicated office space here for when you need to catch up on work during your stay.
*The television only has local channels.
