Pencil Case feels a bit more like a hotel room, rather than a flat, but it’s perfectly comfortable and there’s a cute little terrace that would be perfect for breakfasts. Its position is also pretty good, as it’s right next to the University and the Torre Velasca, while there’s a metro station nearby and the Duomo is within walking distance.

*The living room and the bedroom are the same room
*Although toiletries are provided, they aren't especially high quality
*One guest will be on a sofa bed
*We found a few scuff marks and signs on the walls
*Neither the kitchen or bathroom get much natural light
*There's no bidet
