Conveniently located in the heart of Paris, this compact apartment is the perfect base from which to explore the capital. The interiors are carefully considered – we loved the pops of tangerine in the bedroom and the selection of knick-knacks in the living space that make the place feel just like home.

Throw open the windows to let a breeze drift through the apartment as you put together breakfast in the neat kitchen or why not nip to the café next door for a flaky pastry and robust espresso.

If sight-seeing is on the agenda, head over to the Pompidou Centre, a ten-minute walk away, to pore over the collection of world-famous contemporary and modern art. In the late afternoon, stroll along the Seine, reached in less than twenty minutes, and watch the sunset from the Pont Neuf. Feeling peckish? Your Les Halles neighbourhood is famed for late-night eateries, so you won't be hungry for long.
