This modern apartment in the heart of Santa Cruz can accommodate up to six people. It features two double bedrooms, one with a small work area and private bathroom, a spacious living room with sitting and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a small outdoor patio, and a full bathroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Parking is not available on-site but is a 2-minute walk away. The property is located near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, a children's playground, the main church, and Palmeiras beach. Guests are required to present valid identification and schedule check-in in advance. Bed linen, towels, and baby equipment are provided. A tourist tax will be charged at check-in. No pets or parties are allowed, and smoking inside the house is prohibited.
