Outside, we can think of nothing better than sitting out on the private deck sipping sundown drinks, while watching the boats pass in and out of the harbour. But the self-care treatment doesn't stop there. Rotate your mornings in the bubbling indoor jacuzzi and the fully-equipped gym. Drizzly days are best spent snuggled up in the lavish main living space, enjoying a movie screened on the projector integrated into the ceiling (because why not).

Beyond this luxurious home, there's a local marine area full of life. Take a wander along sparkling Port Hamble, just a three-minute walk away. It's glistening with swanky yachts, gourmet restaurants, and classy champagne bars. If you're looking to explore further afield, pay a visit to the charming Hamble village, filled with windy cobbled streets, chocolate-box cottages and stunning riverside views – under half a mile from your door. *While there is no formal group sit-down area, trellis tables and chairs can be set up on the terrace or in the living room – there are linen cloths and napkins to accompany these
*The home is very high-tech and runs from an iPad – some guests may feel a little daunted
*The fourth bedroom features two bunk-beds, suitable for younger children or yatch crew
*Bedrooms 3, 5 and 6 have zip-and-link mattresses than can be set up as twins on request
*The Master Ensuite and Bathroom 2 feature a handheld shower over a bathtub
*The dedicated workspace is in the master bedroom
*The host does not allow hen or stag groups to rent this home
