After strolling down the famed Avenida da Liberdade, ending up at the striking ruins of the Convento do Carmo, you don’t need to travel far to see the sights. This apartment is just a six-minute walk from the medieval convent, as well as every shop and cocktail bar you could need.

Similar to its locale, this home takes influence from a diverse mix of styles and centuries. Traditional Portuguese design concepts like high ceilings and bright balconies with French doors are a must, but there are also touches of Saharan style in the decor.
