Restaurants, cafes and bars are on the doorstep, and you’re no more than a fifteen-minute walk from Princess Street and the Royal Mile. The sash windows let in plenty of natural light, and the kitchen has everything you need for rustling up a full Scottish breakfast. Just so you’re aware, the third bedroom is on the smaller side, so it may be better suited for children.
