* The upstairs bathroom is an en suite, so those staying in the second bedroom will have to go downstairs to shower
* One of the bedrooms is a mezzanine over the communal area, so light and noise travel from downstairs
* There’s a sloping ceiling in the mezzanine bedroom – watch your heads!
* It's in a vibrant part of town so you should expect some street noise
