Nant Y Gwernan is an attractive property resting in a breath-taking location next to Lake Gwernan, three miles from the bustling town of Dolgellau. The downstairs is made up of the open-plan living area, including a kitchen, dining and sitting area, plus a snug room with gas fire and Smart TV with Sky. Outside is are large lawned grounds which extend down to the lake, with secure bike storage and off road parking for 3-4 cars. Nant Y Gwernan is an excellent retreat to an unspoilt part of Wales.

Area
The market town of Dolgellau lies in the heart of Snowdonia between the Cader Idris mountain range and the sea. This holiday base is an excellent spot from which to combine the many outdoor pursuits on offer in Snowdonia, with the sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey. With a good range of shops and places to eat, the town is well placed for access to other nearby coastal resorts.
