You'll be in northern Topanga, within easy access to the 101 freeway so you can skirt around town in a jiffy. This home certainly won't win any prizes on the character front as it lacks a consistent design aesthetic, but it's huge and comfortably sleeps 14 – so perhaps it'll be just the ticket for your large group.
