This spectacular, gated Mediterranean-style home in Pacific Palisades has sweeping ocean, city, and mountain vistas. We love the large wrap-around balcony – it's perfect for a morning coffee or sundowner. Walls of bi-fold glass doors in the living and family rooms open to a fabulous garden with fountains, a sparkling pool and a jacuzzi. As the Californian light fades, sit by the fire pit with a glass of wine and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. This place is perfect for entertaining – there's a large media room with full surround sound to keep everyone occupied as well.

The absolute highlight for us, though, is the large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, fireplace, automated curtains and a fantastic ensuite with jetted soaking tub and incredible views. There's a spacious separate office with room for assistants or filming with its own restroom and kitchenette too.

When you're ready to explore, Downtown Los Angeles is a twenty-five-minute drive, or sunbathe on Venice Beach, twenty minutes in the car. For architecture buffs, the Eames House, a landmark home built in 1949, is just a ten-minute ride.
