Modbury is in an ideal location, it is a village that offers short driving distances to some of the most fantastic areas in Devon. Dartmoor National Park where you can walk to you hearts content, Salcombe Town to buy those all important holiday presents for friends and family and you can also visit Plymouth City Centre. Plymouth is one of the biggest cities we have here in South Devon and great for really big shopping trips! Modbury village itself is full of community spirit and is in one of Devon's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a lovely range of independent cafes, chops and pubs only a short walking distance from the house. There are three main beaches, Bantham, Bigbury-On-Sea and Thurlestone nearby for you to enjoy.

Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool (5.5m x 3.5m, the pool is heated between the hours of 11am-4pm) (Please do not leave your children unattended by the pool).Decked area at the bottom of the garden to enjoy countryside views.
Parking: Parking in the garage, enough room for 2 vehicles, the garage is unable to fit two 4x4's.
General: Please be aware the swimming pool is only available in the months of May - September, the pool is cleaned every Friday, please do not be alarmed if you see the Pool Maintenance Man during your stay. Please be aware the property only allows a maximum of 8 people, this includes infants in travel cots. No Pets. No Smoking. Please do not leave children unattended by the pool in the garden. Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1000, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.
