Inside, the owners have nailed the modern rustic interiors brief, and outside, there’s a shared courtyard and garden for barbecues and stargazing beside the firepit. Bringing the kids along? Little ones will love the shared play area and meeting the resident animals. If you fancy eating out, nearby Hastingleigh has a pub within walking distance, and Wye is just an eight-minute drive. Or head to the coast for lip-smacking fish and chips –⁠ Whitstable is a scenic forty-five-minute drive away.

*This home is one of two stable conversions set within the grounds of a farmhouse. Although not photographed, in the wider grounds, there is also a children’s play area including a sand pit, 14ft in-ground trampoline, swings, and a sports field with a box of games.
