On the outskirts of Dartmouth, this luxurious home is an easy walk from the shops and restaurants that line the harbourfront. While away the days outside with deck chairs and loungers on the vast lawn and a sunken trampoline for the kids. A horse box turned outdoor bar provides grown-up entertainment, conveniently positioned next to the private hot tub. Inside, you’ve got stunning views over this pretty coastal town from floor-to-ceiling windows in the huge main lounge. There’s a full kitchen on the ground floor and a second kitchen up on the second story with an open living room. Up here, glass doors fold back to blend the balcony with the living room, showing off a view of the town and sea.

*All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so this place may not suit those with limited mobility.
*Two of the twin rooms can be arranged as super king-sized bedrooms instead, just ask your host.
*One of the en-suite bathrooms is jack-and-jill-style, shared between two of the bedrooms.
*At capacity, two guests will be on a sofa bed in one of the twin rooms.
*Your host can provide cots and high chairs for little ones on request.
*In the town of Dartmouth, having a car is not necessary. However, there is private parking for up to six cars with this home.
