1. All the parks are close by. You're in the middle of everything you came to Orlando for. Just 10 miles from Disney World and 20 miles from Universal Studios, there's a top-tier golf course in every direction, including two Greg Norman designs just a 5-minute drive from your front door. And if shopping and dining are more your vibe, head to nearby Disney Springs, an outdoor shopping experience not to be missed.

2. It's located within an exclusive resort. Want to take an off-day from the parks? All good! Your entire group will have access to the resort clubhouse and everything it offers, including tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, a tiki bar, splash pad – even a wave simulator for the experienced or entry-level surfer in the family.

3. It's a full-on play palace. Not only does this home have a backyard pool & spa (gated and covered for safe splashing around), it also has a Marvel-themed arcade in the converted garage with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and head-to-head gaming station.
