You’ll find this compact apartment a five-minute walk from the Nueva Numancia Metro Station, connecting you to Madrid’s best-loved sights in less than thirty minutes. While the home can accommodate four guests, we’d recommend a maximum of two, as once the sofa bed is in use, there’s not much space for socialising. The kitchen is well-equipped for a studio, but if you’d prefer to head out for dinner, there are plenty of restaurants on the doorstep.

*Parking in Madrid can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible. Due to the location of this home, we think it is best suited to those who are familiar with Madrid or who don't mind travelling into the city.
*If you’ll be staying with a little one, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*At capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
