This spacious, luxury accommodation is situated just a two minute drive from the sandy West Strand beach, the cliff walks and golf courses on the Portrush coast.

The property, set in a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking for up to four vehicles, comprises three large reception rooms (including a conservatory which leads to a south facing, fully enclosed back garden) and four bedrooms (one downstairs with en suite; spacious main bedroom upstairs also has an en suite). All rooms are furnished to a very high standard.

Local amenities within close walking distance include two supermarkets .. Eurospar and Lidl, a petrol station, Chequers Fast Food outlets and a Winemark.

Magheraboy Hotel and Restaurant are also within easy walking distance. Entertainment, shopping and dining in the Portrush area are within immediate reach.

Local activities include golf, tennis, horse riding, sea fishing, swimming, surfing and walking on the many coastal paths of the area.

Throughout, the house is equipped with all modern facilities for your comfort and ease of living. Each room is furnished with personal care, with your maximum comfort in mind and all fixtures are maintained to the highest standard.

"Wonderful"
We arrived here to a warm welcome from John and Dorothy. My husband and I were travelling with my daughter and her family. Our teenage grandsons were very impressed with the house, which I was quite relieved about! There is everything one could need to make one's holiday, plus some lovely extras. The dog was made most welcome too, with dog towels and throws included.
The beds were every comfortable and extra bed linen was provided as we were staying 2 weeks.
There is so much space in the house, there was always someone one could go for peace and quiet!
The house is very near a eurospar which sold very good takeaway breakfast which the boys loved. There is also a Lidl nearby.
The beautiful west beach is a long walk 20 minutes or short drive away. Dogs are allowed on the first half. The surfing is excellent.

"Splendid house"
Spent a lovely, comfortable week here. The house had everything that could be needed for a great family holiday. Lovely, pleasant owners warmly greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

"Back Again! What can I say? WONDERFUL property for fussy dog lovers!"
It's very difficult to find somewhere REALLY nice that genuinely welcomes responsible dog owners. This property is a 5* amazing base for long beach walks with dogs within easy access, and the owners are SO lovely. There's lots of room for family members, enclosed back garden and lovely welcoming touches in an immaculate house with all the comforts you could possibly want away from home. Highly recommend!

"Warm comfortable spacious holiday home"
Spacious and very comfortable accommodation in a very good location for causeway coast adventures. 4 beds and 3 bathrooms make it a perfect rental for the average family, we were only 2 couples so it may be that it could be viewed as extravagant for just 4 people but we really enjoyed the extra space. The location is a very short drive from Portrush, and from there you can easily access the rest of the coast and beyond. The owners met us on the first day and made sure that we had everything we might need in terms of home comforts and local information. Overall a five star home.
