Even though it was recently renovated, Jewel Tones nevertheless manages to hold on to its character. Upon walking in you’re greeted by an open living space with high ceilings and large windows letting in lots of natural light. The impressive array of both vintage and modern furnishings makes for a vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of room to sit and relax, or to entertain. The two full bathrooms are also a bit of a luxury. And it's located in a quiet alley, so it there's plenty of peace and quiet despite being on the ground floor in San Marco.


Home truths:
* Although this home is on the ground floor, there are some steps at the entrance, so it's not really suitable for people using wheelchairs
* The second bed is a pull-out in the living room
* When we tested the wi-fi, it was only running at 4Mbps
