It's a brand new villa, built in 2021, located very close (3.1km) to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Agios Prokopios, and only 500m from the famous Laguna beach, an ideal beach for windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Set in a quiet area, Cycladic Serenity offers privacy while also being an ideal base for exploring the whole island. Designed in the traditional Cycladic architecture and furnished in a modern minimal style, this villa provides an indulging and unique experience.

With all necessary amenities, this villa accommodates up to 4 persons. The ground floor features a master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the pool. The upper floor offers a private terrace with amazing sea views perfect for enjoying sunsets and breakfasts with shadow.

The villa's kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there is a spacious bathroom with shower. The cozy living room includes a comfortable couch that can be set up as a double bed and a flat-screen TV with internet and Netflix access. Each room is air-conditioned and has its own TV. Private WiFi is also provided.

The villa's shaded patio area and private swimming pool are accessible from the ground floor. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, a large dining table, and ample sunbeds.
