Embrace the city’s easy-going ambience on your terrace. Sit back in the comfy chairs and relax with a freshly squeezed orange juice – or glass of local green wine, perhaps – and lose yourself to a page-turner. Your neighbourhood is a labyrinth of cobbled streets – quiet in the daytime and teeming by the evening, with Lisboetas and tourists alike enjoying Fado musicians and feasting on codfish in traditional tascas. A five-minute walk takes you to the trendy Principe Real area, while a fifteen-minute downhill stroll to the southeast places you right at the waterfront.

*The sofa sits directly under the slanted ceilings; it might be a struggle for taller guests to stand upright in certain parts
*When we visited the Wi-Fi was a little slow (only 16 Mbps)
