Miguel used to live in Hunter, and it’s immediately clear that the flat used to be someone’s home. Things like the quality of the mattresses really stand out, as they are often overlooked in rental homes, but that isn’t the case here. The design is, of course, eye-catching – you don’t need us to tell you that – and even if not everyone goes for it, they will go for the views from the balcony.
