The property is ona wooded hillside in Llanelltyd village, 1 mile from the historic town of Dolgellau with pubs, shops and cycle hire, ideal for the Mawddach Trail. The renowned Coed y Brenin Forest Park and Barmouth s beaches, harbour, eateries, shops, museums and galleries are all within 5 miles. Harlech, a World Heritage Site, with its castle, St David s golf links course and miles of sandy beach is 11 miles further up the coast. This is an all year round destination offering paddleboarding, boat trips, fishing, sea swimming, rock climbing, golf, walking and cycling, alongside many historic sites, castles, museums and events. This detached contemporary house is light and airy with stylish interiors, creature comforts of underfloor heating and all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Walk into the beautiful kitchen/diner, flooded with natural light and stunning views from the floor to ceiling feature windows and doors opening onto the balcony. If you decide to eat in, maybe create something special with your local purchases from your travels, enjoy time together over your meal around the dining table catching up on each other s news. Open the door to the balcony and let the outside in . After a full day out, go through to the lounge with the comfortable sofa, and relax on the chairs with stunning views over the treetops, watch a film on the Smart TV, and for cosier nights in, light the showcase wood burner. Also on this floor is a separate WC. Upstairs, choose from three lovely bedrooms, the double with en suite shower, the second double or the twin, all have been designed for a good night's sleep and have fabulous views to wake up to. Enjoy a leisurely start to the day relaxing in the bath in the stylish bathroom. Outside offers a great space to unwind, on the balcony or on the lawn in the enclosed garden.
