At the end of a busy day, nothing beats coming back to a home-cooked meal. Put your culinary skills to the test and have a go at recreating some local dishes on the barbecue, then gather around the outdoor dining table to tuck in alfresco. As daylight turns to darkness, go inside to cuddle up by the open fireplace and enjoy a glass of wine.
