The open plan design of the well-equipped kitchen/living area creates plenty of space for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing retreat and the separate sitting room is a great spot for movie nights. Two out the 5 generous bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms with a further family bathroom available. The enclosed lawned garden with patio area is ideal for four-legged friends and you can also enjoy access to a private beach hut side-pod and decking at the pet-friendly section of Abersoch. A path opposite the house leads down to Machroes Beach, at the southern end of Abersoch Beach, that's backed by a seafront golf course and allows dog-friendly access all-year-round. A scenic walk along the Llyn Coastal Path will lead to great surfing conditions at Porth Ceiriad beach or stay local and enjoy a meal at Porth Tocyn Hotel (300m). Head into Abersoch village, a 20-minute stroll along the beach, and discover the wonderful selection of pubs, bars, shops and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Plas yn Rhiw, Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery, Funland Pwllheli and Glasfryn Parc.

• Beds: 1 King, 3 Double, 1 Single. Can sleep up to 9 guests but flexibility to sleep 7 more comfortably if some would prefer their own double bed.
• Rooms: Ground floor: Open plan kitchen/living area, separate sitting room, a utility room, 3 double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), 1 king bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom and a family bathroom. 
• Kitchen and utilities: Sleek fitted kitchen with oven, 4-ring induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, food processor and cafetière. Utility room with washing machine (10kg capacity), tumble dryer (9kg capacity), wash basin, drying area, dog drying area and ironing facilities. 
• Entertainment: TV's with Sky Q in both the living area and sitting room. Wi-Fi available.
• For families: Travel cot, stairgate and high chair notprovided.
• Outside: Fully enclosed lawned garden with charcoal BBQ and large decking area with views out towards the sea. Spacious patio area with outdoor seating. Exclusive access to a beach hut side-pod (1.25mx4m) and sole use of the whole decking area (approx 5mx5m) located at the dog-friendly section of Abersoch Main Beach. Equipped with chairs and umbrellas etc. Available at an extra cost
• General: Central heating and electricity included. Logs not provided for wood burner. Bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
• Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed on sofa, beds or furniture etc.
• No smoking inside the cottage.
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Garage not available for guest use. 
• Notes: While the property is all on the ground floor, there are some steep steps outside that may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
