Hill House is completely refurbished and lovingly restored, combining period features with modern comforts. It is unusual in offering everything on a Cornish cottage wishlist: river views from almost every room, a large, landscaped garden with a patio and deck (also with river views), and a parking space.
The open-plan, light and airy family kitchen with solid oak units and a sociable dining area allow you to spill out through French doors to the paved terrace and extensive, beautifully-planted garden beyond where evenings will be spent on the deck watching the maritime activity and twinkling lights on the harbour as the sun goes down.
