This beautiful waterside house is located on the Esplanade in Fowey just a short walk from the beach at Readymoney cove and all the quays, shops and inns within the town.The house itself is over four floors and is ideal for a family holiday.

• Outdoors: Patio terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and uninterrupted views of the harbour and river across to Polruan. There is no parking, it is possible to unload outside the property. 
• Parking: Weekly parking tickets can be purchased in the car park within 400 yards from the property.
• Family facilities: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
• Pets: No pets allowed, sorry. 
• General: WiFi included, gas & electricity included in rent; underfloor heating on ground floor, heated towel rails.
• Important notes: No smoking, no pets, this property has a spiral staircase to all levels, so may be unsuitable for children or people with limited mobility.
