The rooms are designed around making the most of that jaw-dropping view everywhere you go. Large windows frame the dramatic vista and allow plenty of light to illuminate the space. Nowhere is this shown off better than in the living room, with its elegant arch window, sky-high ceiling and direct access to the outdoors. You're spoiled for choice when it comes to indoor spaces to kick back and relax, with two living rooms and a separate movie theatre for that big-screen experience in the comfort of your own home. Each of the six bedrooms is as elegant as the last, all with en-suite bathrooms and most enjoying direct access to the wrap-around balcony. Things only get better outside, where you can lay out on loungers surrounding the pool and soak in the hot tub, as you enjoy a barbecue banquet with a side of some of the best views of LA that we've ever seen. If you want to keep, your daily step count up, the villa is close to some of the Hills most scenic hiking trails, including the always popular Runyon Canyon, which is just a mile away. You're also within a ten-to-twenty-minute drive of the likes of the Walk of Fame, Sunset Strip and Rodeo Drive, while Santa Monica is approximately forty minutes away.
