There are plenty of charming villages to visit, including Alora, with its white-washed buildings that are typical of the area. Adventurous types can hit the hiking trails to explore the magnificent scenery – the nearby Ruta Jurásica Monte Hacho is simply stunning. And, if you fancy a day trip, you can drive to the bustling coastal city of Malaga in under an hour for a day at the beach.
