Of course, all this space allows the furniture to be on a grand scale, so you'll find a large corner sofa in front of the home cinema setup, a reassuringly sturdy dining table and king-size beds in each of the individually decorated bedrooms.

Head up the floating staircase, past the impressive fish tank, and you'll uncover this home's crowning glory – a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating set around a gas fire pit, plus a grill for outdoor dining on long summer evenings.

Head downstairs, and you'll find yourself within a half-hour walk of the wide-open green spaces of Hampstead Heath, well-heeled Highbury, and the low-key cool of Stoke Newington. For adventures further afield, Caledonia Road station is on the Piccadilly Line, which can have you in London's glittering West End in under ten minutes.
