You’re just a few metres from the beach, yet the buzzing coastal towns of Pefkohori and Chaniotis are both a five-minute drive away. A stone path leads across the lawn to the shimmering swimming pool. Two levels of balconies and terraces give you a choice of spots for drinks outside. The bright and open living area is a stylish spot for the group to hang out and each bedroom opens up to a terrace, balcony or patio.

*Although there is a bar and beach within the complex, the nearest shop is a short drive away so having a car is recommended – there is free parking on the premises
*The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
*Your host welcomes pets, but check with them when booking if you're bringing a four-legged friend
*A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request
*Quiet hours are in place between 3pm and 5.30pm and after midnight
