Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and one has a double bunk best suited to children. You'll find the open-plan living space on the first floor, taking advantage of the views. Factor in the two private parking spaces, and it's an excellent choice for a Devon getaway.

*This home can sleep up to eight adults and one child. One bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above it – we think this room is best for children.
*Three bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the ground floor. The living space, dining area, and kitchen are on the first floor. The main suite is on the top level – it has two en-suite bathrooms and a dressing room with a single daybed.
*You'll have two private parking spaces here. While the town is within walking distance, you may want a car to explore further afield.
*This home is set on a steep hill on the outskirts of Dartmouth. We suggest packing comfortable shoes, as you'll do quite a lot of walking.
