You can admire the Venetian castle and pretty harbour as well, while shaded dining and seating areas give cover from the hot Kefalonian sun. When you feel like exploring, the harbour at Assos has a beach or from the villa, steps lead directly down to the sea where there is a small swimming platform. Other attractions include Myrtos Beach, around fifteen minutes by car, while Fiscardo is 20 kilometres from this home.
