In the kitchen, you’ll find breezy double-height ceilings and plenty of mod-cons that transform this house into a home.

Outside, the sprawling terrace is the perfect spot to regroup with your brood. Share Mallorcan-inspired dishes around the dining table as the barbecue sizzles away. When you’re ready to take a break from the Mediterranean heat, make a beeline for the rock swimming pool and cool off under the waterfall. Or why not head for Muro Beach, less than a twenty-minute drive away, to bob about in the Balearic Sea.

In the evening, set your sights on Alcúdia, a charming town ringed by medieval walls that enclose a warren of narrow lanes, bustling plazas and an excellent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.
