Situated on around 5 hectares of green – most of which includes native vegetation – this villa is not only a tranquil and quiet space away from noise and hustle, it's also certified Biosphere Sustainable. From up on the balcony you can see all the way past the palms to the Balearic Sea. With that sort of view, and an utter sense of paradise, on offer, spend your days outside occupying the many sitting areas available.

Line up on the sunloungers with drinks and toast to good times and sunshine. When the heats gets a little too intense, you can always drag yourself into the pool for a refreshingly cool dip before going back to soaking up sunshine again. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch every morning, and watch the sunset from the roof terrace every evening. Light the barbecue on the balcony at lunch and dine alfresco at every meal. Play games of basketball on the court, a game of football on the pitch, walk the expansive grounds, challenge each other to table football and table tennis in the shade, and collapse on the lawn every night for an hour of stargazing.

Inside, the combination of rough stones, tiles, gaping balcony doors, and plenty of natural light creates a welcoming space in which to relax. We recommend reading in the living space as you curl up on the sofa. Cook together in the generous kitchen before enjoying it in the dining area that overlooks the garden.

Travel to Barcelona in just over half an hour, or stay closer to home by walking to the closest beach, playing a round of golf at the nearest course, or visiting the marina.

*The swimming pool is only available for use between 7am and 11pm and although the pool area is fenced off, the pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
*This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift, but there’s a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here for those with reduced mobility
*While the home can sleep up to twenty-four people, the maximum occupancy is sixteen guests
*There’s free parking on the driveway
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay
