We love the restaurant-style dining set with its marble table and velvet bench seat, and the decorative birdcage hanging from the ceiling. While the main room certainly makes an instant statement, the bedrooms are more sedately furnished, with a sophisticated muted palette that will help send you into a peaceful sleep. After enjoying breakfast in the colourful living room and catching up on work at the master bedroom’s desk, set out to see the sights. This home is right in the thick of the city’s action, with many of Lisbon’s main sights just a short walk away. Walk six minutes to sunbathe on the banks of the Tagus River by Cais das Colunas, visit São Jorge Castle – twelve minutes away on foot – and feast on delicious fare at the Time Out food market, just twenty minutes away.
