The first thing to bring up when talking about Flying Fish has to be the location. It’s right in the middle of Baixa, with Chiado also very nearby, which is more or less the perfect spot from which to explore the city. The flat’s welcoming – individual without ever seeming brash. It’s not perfect, and as you’d expect from any home that’s been visited even a couple of times, there were some inevitable signs of wear (a few scuff marks, nothing serious), but when you run the positives past the negatives, it’s not even close.
