This cute and quirky cottage-like home embraces the irreverent spirit of its Venice Beach location. It’s close to great shopping on Abbot Kinney Boulevard, tonnes of great restaurants and bars, and of course, the beach (which is a fifteen-minute walk or three-minute drive).

The first thing you’ll notice is the mural of orange and yellow pansies, practically bursting off the walls outside. Stepping inside, it’s a riot of colour, from the mosaic-covered dining table to the tufted green velvet sofa. Shelves are teeming with books in the dining area and the kitchen has a sunny farmhouse feel with a big range-style cooker and wooden breakfast table in the centre. There’s a little shared garden out the back too, brimming with lush greenery and a cute stone water feature.
