Sunny mornings call for expressos and churros at the high-style dining table, with the balcony doors open wide as you hatch plans for the day ahead. Although in a city this compact, you could simply lose yourself to its dense maze of ancient streets and let the sights and sounds guide you instead.

You’ll be off to a flying start ambling about the local neighbourhood dotted with authentic tapas bars. Then blaze a trail to Seville’s centre – just a nineteen-minute drive away or hop on the train at Bellavista station (a five-minute stroll away). There’s a sunny perch waiting just for you at the magnificent Plaza de España.
