While the understated interior might not tick all the boxes, having a terrace and garden at your disposal means you’ve got plenty of room to spread out. Plus, you’ve got a swimming pool all to yourself, so you won’t even have to make the (admittedly short) journey to the beach to work on your tan. You can’t say fairer than that.
