There’s an upside-down layout here with the living space above the bedrooms, so there are stairs to climb. You can live like a local in this apartment’s neighbourhood – it’s a five-minute stroll to Cannaregio, with its variety of restaurants and bars, as well as the Guglie area. When you want to explore further – to Venice Lido Beach, for example – the transport hub of Piazzale Roma is a seven-minute walk away.
