It's hard to know what to be most impressed by with this apartment — the actual home itself or the superb range of communal amenities that guests get to enjoy in the building.

Behind the front door, you're first greeted by a contemporary open-concept interior compete with white walls, bold artwork and marble tiling, as well as a horseshoe-shaped kitchen complete with granite worktops. The bedrooms are minimalist in style and two of them have direct access to the balcony that looks out over Biscayne Bay.

However, that's not all. Down at the ground level, there's an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a whirlpool, as well as a gym, tennis court and onsite restaurants. If you're in possession of a boat, there's even a marina from which you can set off and explore the surrounding waters.

Don't worry if you're looking to see the city by land — Pérez Art Museum Miami takes twenty minutes to reach on foot, while Miami Beach takes a similar amount of time in the car.
