Area The village of Kilfenora in County Clare is conveniently located in The Burren region of the county, with amenities including a pub and restaurant. Just 1.5 miles away is The Burren National Park, which has an abundance of wildlife, and walkers will enjoy the rocky terrain and cliff areas.
The charming fishing and farming village of Ballyvaughan is nearby and has many shops and pubs. Five miles from Kilfenora is The Burren Perfumery, which is Ireland's oldest working perfumery.
The lively spa town of Lisdoonvarna is a short drive away and is home to the 150 year old Matchmaking Festival. The town offers pubs, restaurants and Irish music. The coastal village of Lahinch is only a couple of miles from Lisdoonvarna and offers sandy beaches, golf, surfing, sailing and fishing.
